Product details
The Brass Tea Cup with Infuser Set is a single-person tea gift in brass. It has a matt brass tea cup with a handle, a brass tea infuser and a Madur grass coaster. Everything is packed in our Samvad – The Whispering Parrot gift box, with a set of "The Parrot's Prompt" cards.
The infuser is a small mesh ball on a long stem. You fill it with loose tea leaves, dip it into hot water in the cup, and lift it out when the tea is ready. There is no strainer to wash and no leaves left in the cup.
We made this set for people who drink green tea, herbal tea or plain black tea. It is a simple Diwali gift and an easy corporate gift for employees and clients.

Frequently Asked Questions
•
How do I use the brass tea infuser?
Fill the mesh ball about half full with loose tea. Place it in the cup, pour hot water over it and let it steep for 2 to 4 minutes. Then lift it out.
•
Which teas work best with this infuser?
Loose leaf green tea, black tea, herbal blends, tulsi and chamomile all work well. Very fine CTC tea dust can slip through the holes, so it is better for leaf teas.
•
Which Kansa & Clay Heritage Kitchen tea gift should I choose?
Choose this set for one person who drinks leaf tea. Choose the Brass Tea Cup Set of 2 for two people. Choose the Brass Tea Set, with kettle and strainer, for families who make milk chai.
•
How do I clean the mesh ball?
Tap out the used leaves, then rinse the ball under running water. Use a soft brush for any leaves stuck in the holes, and dry it fully before storing.
•
Is one cup enough for a corporate gift?
Yes. Most employees use a cup at their desk by themselves. A single cup with an infuser is practical, and it keeps the gift within a mid-range budget.
•
Can I use the infuser for things other than tea?
Yes. You can use it for whole spices in hot water, kadha herbs, or fresh mint and tulsi leaves. Rinse it well afterwards so flavours don't carry over.
